My thoughts

This blog is called Get It off Your Chest by Caressa. The speaker of this blog is by Caressa. This blog is about how you should not keep everything to yourself and should get if off your chest. Sometimes keeping the truth from somebody is bad because you can be hurting yourself and hurting the other person at the same time. If you’re not able to tell that person the truth than you should at least tell a friend, who you trust and can understand your situation because you don’t want to go through the pain and suffering by yourself. Sometimes the truth might hurt but it’s better to get it off your chest. Maybe the truth won’t let you slid off so easily but after telling the truth you will feel much better and won’t have to bear with it any longer. You might think telling the truth might hurt that person but you don’t know what the other person might thinks, probably might have the same feeling or thought as you do too. I think this message is to the people whom keep everything to themselves. This main argument is about how you should express yourself more than just keeping it to yourself. I think the tone of this blog is like a preaching because the author is telling what you should do and avoid not doing. I agree with this blog because why should keep everything to yourself when later on it’s going to build up and you won’t be able to take it anymore. You will just fall down and crash with no one knowing but if you tell them about how feel you won’t have to go through it all by yourself. So I rather have someone just telling me or me telling them the truth. Probably it might hurt but o well you will just have to get over it.

  1. I agree with your response and I feel that getting stuff off your chest is good for the body and soul because keeping it built up all inside you is just not healthy and I learned that through experience.

  2. I completely agree with this, I have had so many experiences with hiding the truth or thoughts that aren't exactly pleasant, and it always just causes more trouble at the end. It's like, whenever the thought is revealed, it'll cause pain, but the sooner it's dealt with the sooner everything can heal and go back to normal without being burdened with a secret. So yeah, the sooner the truth is heard, the better, so that the people involved can make a fresh start to get over it.
